Working attorney-review draft
TextCRM Privacy Policy
Version 2026-08-02-draftThis draft must be reconciled with the final payment provider, production configuration, security program, and state-law review before launch.
1. Who operates TextCRM
Ample Supply LLC doing business as TextCRM operates the Service. Contact us at support@textcrm.com or 616 East Stadium Drive, Eden, North Carolina 27288.
2. Our privacy roles
TextCRM decides how to process account registrations, subscriptions, support, security records, and website activity. A TextCRM user controls the contacts, messages, job details, notes, and other information placed in its workspace. For that workspace data, TextCRM generally acts as the user’s service provider or processor.
If you received a message from a business using TextCRM, contact that business first about its message or your privacy request. TextCRM will assist it where required.
3. Information we collect
- Account, login, role, and authentication information.
- Work profile, customer-facing name, legal or individual name where required, address, phone, industry, and carrier-registration details.
- Plan, billing contact, transaction, subscription, and usage information. The selected payment processor should handle full card details.
- SMS/MMS content and media, phone numbers, timestamps, delivery records, consent references, and opt-outs.
- Contacts, hosted-page form submissions, consent choices, jobs, notes, schedules, pipeline activity, reminders, templates, and customer files.
- Assigned and forwarding numbers, call timing, duration, status, and routing records. TextCRM does not enable native call recording or audio storage by default, although providers may process audio in transit under their terms.
- IP address, browser, device, feature usage, diagnostics, cookies, and security logs.
- Support messages, attachments, policy acceptance, complaints, registration status, and abuse-prevention records.
4. Sources
We collect information from account users and their staff; from people communicating through TextCRM numbers; automatically from devices and Service use; from customer imports; and from communications, authentication, hosting, payment, security, and carrier-registration providers.
5. How we use information
- Provide and secure accounts, CRM features, messaging, call forwarding, scheduling, and support.
- Provision numbers, complete carrier registration, and route communications.
- Measure included usage and automatic overages and process billing.
- Record permission sources, enforce opt-outs, investigate complaints, and prevent spam, fraud, and abuse.
- Monitor performance, diagnose problems, improve the Service, comply with law, and enforce agreements.
AI features are not active at launch. Before a new AI provider receives customer message data, TextCRM will update disclosures and its subprocessor list.
6. How we disclose information
We may disclose information to approved subprocessors; the relevant account and its authorized users; carriers and messaging participants; regulators and authorities where legally required; parties involved in a protected business transaction; and others at your direction. We may also disclose information to protect rights, recipients, security, or communications networks.
TextCRM does not sell personal information for money. At launch, TextCRM does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or use customer workspace data for targeted advertising.
7. Cookies
The launch Service uses necessary cookies or similar storage for authentication, session continuity, security, preferences, and basic operation. Advertising cookies are not planned at launch. Nonessential analytics or advertising technology requires an updated notice and appropriate consent or opt-out controls.
8. Messaging choices
Recipients may reply STOP or use another recognized revocation method. TextCRM may retain a suppression record after other contact data is deleted to prevent future messages. Account users can follow unsubscribe instructions for optional product emails, while billing, security, legal, and service notices may continue as needed.
9. Retention
Information is retained as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the Service, comply with law and provider requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. After termination, TextCRM plans to provide a 30-day read-only or export period and then delete workspace data from active systems. Backups and billing, security, legal, fraud, registration, policy-acceptance, and suppression records may remain longer.
10. Security
TextCRM will maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the Service. No system is perfectly secure. Final public security statements must match controls actually implemented and must not claim certifications TextCRM has not obtained.
11. Privacy rights
Depending on applicable state law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability; obtain information about processing; opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; or appeal a decision. Submit requests to support@textcrm.com. We may verify identity and authority and may apply legal exceptions.
For workspace data controlled by a TextCRM user, contact that user first.
12. Children and restricted data
Account holders must be at least 18. Customers may not use the launch Service for child-directed services or intentionally submit children’s information. Customers also may not submit HIPAA-regulated protected health information, payment or bank credentials, Social Security numbers, passwords, or other data prohibited by the Messaging Policy.
13. United States use
The launch Service is intended for United States customers. Providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate. International expansion requires additional privacy and transfer review.
14. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy and will provide additional notice or renewed consent when required for a material change.
